Lydia called on our agency to completely refurbish the third floor of her premises. From a partitioned space with several soulless offices, we opened up the floor by creating 2 open-plan office spaces, 2 meeting rooms, 1 cafeteria and added a washroom. At the same time, we have refurbished the 7 existing sanitary facilities from floor -1F to 2F.
Mission : Complete refurbishment (Study + Site)
Area : 220 m2
Location : Paris
The renovation of the Lydia Solutions premises consisted of the complete refurbishment of the thrid floor (180 m2) and the refurbishment of all the existing sanitary facilities (-1F, 1F and 2F of 37.15 m2). The client’s specifications called for the creation of an open space for 30 workstations, a third toilet and urinal, a kitchen/coffee room and 2 meeting rooms. The architectural project sought to turn the initially partitioned space into an open, bright and noble space. The raw and industrial aspect requested by the client was thought through in its entirety while respecting the characteristics of the building. The project highlights raw materials such as wood, concrete and steel. The design and implementation of the water points aimed to be both aesthetic and functional. Following several exchanges and sketches, the project designed a compact, custom-made water point that avoids any possible water discharge.
